Conference registration
Dear friends, early registration via the website will close on Tuesday, November 5, at 5:00 PM.
After that, registration for the conference will be possible on the days of the conference, at the registration desks, at the Herods Palace Hotel and the Dan Eilat Hotel, according to on-site registration costs.
We highly recommend registering through the website system, by clicking the button above.
This allows for careful recording within the system of the data you submit, quickly, without human intervention, and upon receipt of confirmation on the spot, via email.
Registration fees include: admission to lectures and the exhibition, a badge and participant kit, coffee breaks and refreshments.

Booking accommodation in conference hotels is reserved exclusively for those who pay a full conference participation fee.

Those registering for a single conference day will not be approved to reserve hotel rooms through the conference website.

For any changes to your reservation, you can contact the registration center. Starting from the fourth change to your reservation, a fee of 30 NIS will be charged for each additional change.

Accommodation packages in Eilat
Here is a price table (in NIS) by hotel, on a half-board basis, between the dates 13-16/11. The additional night on Tuesday 12/11 is on a BB basis only and is at a subsidized price for those registering for four nights (including Saturday).
If a companion (in the same room) arrives on a different date, so that the room composition is different on certain days, or if the companion is in a separate room, the details must be recorded as notes below, or contact us for registration by phone.
