
Call For Abstracts
The society's annual conference this year will focus on the areas of developing the electricity and energy sector in the era of distributed generation and storage, energy security and decentralization of the electricity grid, planning and implementing mega projects, ways to increase production from renewable energies, developing infrastructure for electric transportation, cyber defense, advanced energy and air conditioning systems, and preparing an engineering reserve for the economy.
The program committee hereby invites the public to submit abstracts or technical and scientific articles in Hebrew or English that will serve as the basis for lectures in the conference program. The topics of the abstracts will be divided into seven tracks.
Paper Submission Guidelines
After the abstract is approved by the Program Committee, the full paper may be submitted via an online form, according to the instructions attached to the approval and the specified timeline.
The paper may be written in Hebrew or English.
Submit a Word file (.doc or .docx format), A4 size, with 25 mm margins on all sides.
Font: Arial, size 12, single line spacing.
Maximum length: up to 10 pages, including abstract, tables, illustrations, images, graphs, and references.
Papers in Hebrew must also include a title and author name in English.
Submitting the paper constitutes a commitment to present it at the conference if accepted. The presenter must register as a participant.
Presenting a paper at the conference constitutes consent to publish it on the conference website and in the Association’s bulletin.
📌 Please ensure that all images included in the paper do not infringe copyright, and that the author holds distribution rights for print or online publication. The Association bears no responsibility for copyright violations.
Presentation Submission Guidelines
Once approval to include the lecture in the conference program has been received, the presentation must be submitted via an online form, according to the instructions attached to the abstract approval and the timeline detailed below.

The presentation may be submitted in PowerPoint or PDF format.

It is recommended to use a 16:9 slide layout.

The presentation will be published on the conference website.

Please ensure that all content – including images – does not infringe copyright.

If necessary, obtain permission for use and give proper credit to the rights holders.

Lecture Guidelines

Lecture duration: 20 minutes – including time for Q&A.

Abstract approval by the Program Committee is an initial step only and does not guarantee final inclusion in the conference program.

Actual scheduling of the lecture depends on presenter registration and on the number of additional abstracts submitted in the same topic, in order to create a relevant session.

Abstract approval enables submission of a presentation and/or publication on the conference website, in brochures, and on the Society’s platforms.

Notification of abstract acceptance does not imply a commitment to include the lecture in a specific session or in the conference's technical program.
